Staff from whoever greeted me at the desk coming and going very polite and quick. Facility is clean. My room was ok. Stains on rug. Need an upgrade. Bed ok not very comfortable. Pillows need upgrade. Not downe pillows. Breakfast. “Hot” section sadly not hot and truly not really edible.

Estava tomando banho e água acabou e só voltou no dia seguinte. Um absurdo num frio de graus negativos o hotel não ter um reservatório para atender nessas emergências.
