“This a fantastic rental. Located close to Mount Sunapee. It has a large cozy living room. A spacious kitche3n well stocked with cooking "equipment,". Plenty of beds. The pond out front looks a like a great place to have fire in the warmer weather. The Hosts Julie and Derek couldn't be more helpful and hospitable. . ”

“We’ve been skiing at Sunapee with another family and kiddos for a few years. This was our favorite home with its proximity to the mountain and spacious layout. Kids had a great time and only complained on the day we ate out. Sarah and Ian were super responsive and wonderful hosts. Would love to come here again!”

“The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!”

“My family stayed overnight at this cottage prior to skiing at Mount Sunapee, which is close by. The cottage is very clean and cozy and had ample space for five adults. I would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The video game was fun for the kids. Plenty of space in the living area and mud room. The host communicated with us before and during our stay. One bedroom is up a steep, spiral flight of stairs. That was fine for us and disclosed in the description, but may be more difficult for older or physically impaired guests. We appreciated the washer/dryer. Highly recommend!”
