âIf you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people. âExcellent hotel and staff but terrible breakfast which is also unreasonably expensive at âŹ15 a person for dire luke warm coffee (when the machine works - had to be rebooted twice) and stale bread (presumably because so few people take breakfast there). "The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

"Vi stortrivdes pÄ detta charmiga hotell med fantastiska omgivningar. Hotellet Àr belÀget i en bedÄrande park dÀr Àven en fin pool finns. Stora umgÀngesytor bÄde ute och inne. VÄrt rum var gigantiskt med sköna (hÄrda) sÀngar och vacker havsutsikt. Bra frukost och mycket trevlig personal. SjÀlva byggnaden Àr en bedagad skönhet med rötter i 1700-talet. Har sÀkert genomgÄtt omfattande renoveringar, men det finns en del kvar att göra. TyvÀrr finns varken restaurang eller bar trots att detta stÄr i reklamen. Det gjorde inget eftersom det finns goda möjligheter att köpa mat och vin inom 5 - 10 min promenadavstÄnd. Personalen var gullig och hittade en flaska bubbel Ät oss nÀr vi ville fira en kvÀll.
Badrummen kan verka lite sunkiga, men det Àr nog svÄrt att hÄlla olika avlagringar borta i detta svavel- och kalkrika omrÄde. Det var dock svÄrt att hitta fungerande kommunikationer. LokaltÄgets station lÄg 2 km bort, vilket Àr lÄngt i 30 graders vÀrme. Vi lade dÀrför mycket pengar pÄ taxiresor, men dÄ sparade vi tid och ork. Detta hotell var en mycket positiv upplevelse med sin stillsamma och lite högtidliga atmosfÀr."

Also, when we arrived at the room, the fridge was not pre-cooled which would have been nice after a long day of travel. However, the hotel had a nice bar and restaurant so this was a minor problem.
The restaurant was nice, with good food and a very nice wine collection of great Italian red wines.
Our room had a great view of the ocean and we could watch the sunset from a sofa by the window. We also had a jacuzzi by the window that we used a couple of times and it worked great.
Overall, this is a very nice and clean hotel that can really be recommended."
