“We loved staying at the Local. The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that you would have at home. Very spacious. Had a very nice size closed and it was great to have the washer and dryer in the apartment. It was nice to have covered parking in the garage, as parking on the street is very limited. “Great location in downtown Boise. The host was extremely friendly and accessible with a quick response to all our communications. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedroom space is on the small size but the beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Checking in and out was easy and the owners provided a Welcome Book which was a great resource for managing the rental. The Book also provided details about downtown points of interest, restaurants and things to do.”

“Very nice stay in downtown Boise. Clean, well appointed two bedroom two bath apartment. Excellent communication with our host made the check-in, check-out steps effortless. Roof top seating with tables offered great views of downtown and the sunset. Winco is right across the street for any shopping needs, and parking is a secure reserved spot in the building. Highly recommend this stay!”

“The amenities and public spaces were very nice at this property. It was also very conveniently located and we utilized the Lime scooters lying around. The unit was well stocked with nice utensils and beds were comfortable. The living room was a little small for 2 couples but doable. It was nice to have a balcony as well. I highly recommend staying here for it is reasonably priced for such a convenient and high end location.”

“The apartment itself is very nice. The decor is modern, comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well-outfitted. We needed the spare toothbrush! Proximity to the greenbelt, downtown, etc, were perfect for walking to dinner and getting some exercise. The hardest thing about this rental is the hilarious lockbox attached to a kid's bike, and navigating the parking garage. We never did figure out how to park in the garage and used the back lot, which was fine. Being able to park...
