“Lägenhetshotellet var verkligen en underbar plats att bo på, perfekt avstånd till Chania gamla stan ca 10min gå avstånd.Det var vackert inrett med en modern och stilren design som skapade en avkopplande atmosfär. Rummen var rymliga och ljusa, utrustade med alla bekvämligheter man kunde önska sig, inklusive ett fullt utrustat kök, bekväma sängar, och en mysig sittgrupp. Servicepersonalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Fantastiskt bra städat , rent och snyggt varje dag, så fräscht. ”

We loved waking up and watching the sun rise over the Venetian harbour which you can see from the balcony window. Highly recommend and would stay again! “Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på Nival. Lägenhetskomplexet ligger bra till i gamla staden, bara en kort promenad från hamnen där frukosten serverades på restaurang Salis. Frukosten bestod av ägg i önskad form, bröd, yoghurt med granola eller fruktsallad. Man fick kaffe/te och apelsinjuice till. Gott och trevlig service! Lägenheten var välstädad och prydlig, men något mindre än vi förväntat oss från bilderna. Badrummet var fräscht och duschen bra, men toalettlocket stängdes av sig självt hela...

“Location was excellent, and the property was clean and looked lovely. Communication wasn’t great, the booking states check out is noon (12) yet we had staff banging on the door at 11 asking us when we would be leaving, apparently they changed check out time after covid… well I’m not a mind reader? The room looked great however the large rug was a major slip hazard as the Velcro underneath has lost its stick, at least one of us went flying every day, and the wooden floors meant we were kept up...
