"Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Servicen var superbra, supertrevliga människor. Städerskorna såg till att det alltid såg bra ut i rummen och maten var god. Vi hade en 10/10 upplevelse. Enda mindre bra är att det inte sker jättemycket variation i buffén. Vi åt i princip liknande mat varje frukost, lunch och middag. "

Summary of my personal views. + Fresh breakfast with nice morning and sea views. + I appreciated the parking space and possibilities to park there. + Fantastic views from the hotel regardless where you are located. + Amanda gave us fantastic recommendations what to do around the hotel and places worth visiting. Absolutely recommend Marathi and Seitan beach, including Stravos beach, great mix of restaurants after hanging on the beach. -Outstanding SPA services, thanks to the team. + Good gym facility - Room service needs some improvement as I was told I can’t order to food to my room. - if you want to eat after 22:00 no food is available which is bit confusing because we landed very late. You have to order outside of the hotel which we did not knew. - it is bite annoying that you can’t take charges on the room number. You have to pay onsite all the times. I would preferred to pay on the room and pay afterward. "

"Stort och fint hotell med flera restauranger att välja på. Barnklubben var riktigt usel dock med personal som såg ut att längta därifrån. Barn kutade runt och lekte våldsamt medan personalen mest satt och tittade i sina telefoner. Hade aldrig lämnat mitt barn själv med ”ledarna” Samma personal hade minidisco varje kväll vilket var plågsamt dåligt med noll inspiration från deras sida. De gjorde inga större försök att få med barnen eller engagera sig. Samma danser och låtar varje kväll.. jag förstår att dem var uttråkade. "

"This was the best hotel me and my husband have been staying in, it was so fresh and cozy. Everything from the staff, to cleaning, to the food, the interior and exterior was great. The breakfast was excellent and had a verity of everything, they also changed some of the things from day to day so it wasn’t always the same. They cleaned the rooms and changed towels everyday. The location of the hotel was really central, you could get to the beach by 15min walk and to the old town by 5min walk. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and loving hotel that will take care of you."

"Ett fantastiskt trevligt hotell centralt i Chania och nära till gamla stan. På knappt 30 minuter kunde vi promenera till stadens trevliga strand. Personalen på hotellet är oerhört serviceminded, i denna kategori är hotellet femstjärnigt!! Frukosten är inte den största, men håller väldigt hög klass. Den enda nackdelen med hotellet är stadens central busstation som ligger precis sidan om. Väldigt irriterande ljud dygnets flesta timmar, bussarna står oftast igång med AC:n vilket låter väldigt mycket. Det är dock bra ljudisolering så att man sova gott på natten!"
