"Nice staff, OK breakfast but they need to do two things: 1) make sure that they can serve against the same menu at the pool bar as in the restaurant as one now have choose between the "light menu" with beer or wine at the pool bar; or the full menu with no beer/wine in the front restaurant. 2) a very old, unresolved, issue: in the corridors with rooms in the 4, 5, 6 and 7-hundreds numbering 01 - 08 - please put some simple sun shades on the corridor windows!!!!! Such a simple thing that would save a lot of AC electricity. By midday it's 50 degrees in those corridors......"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it did not live up to the expectations set by its 5-star rating, especially considering the price. For instance, the directions from reception to the restaurant, that was located in a separate building, was vague. Additionally, the reception mistakenly booked the airport shuttle for the wrong day, but the issue was promptly resolved at the front desk. The breakfast options were also limited for vegetarians, with most choices being meat-based. The overall experience and stay were pleasant but it fell short of what one would expect from a hotel of this category."
