“Litet fantastiskt hotel med HÖG kvalitet på rum, service och mat. Hotellet är begränsat till endast 13 rum så atmosfären blir mycket familjär. God mat och trevlig personal. De ordnar givetvis aktiviteter så som dykturer, snorkling mm. Stranden vid hotellet är stenig men hotellets pool desto bättre och där kan man njuta under palmernas skugga och bara koppla av. Lagom helgtur om man vill fly Manila, 3-4 timmar med bil från Manila. Kommer gärna tillbaka!”

“At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.”

“The design is very nice but also worn down. The hotel is way off the main road so leaving it to do something is out of the question. The prices reflects this and are on the high side. We had to pay almost 3 times the price to get back to Manila that we paid coming down.”

“We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying. The manager also did not want to honor Senior Citizen's Discount for an extra bed we requested, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast at the restaurant was...

“I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. ”

“Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. ”

"Check in was a nightmare. Got no information about what block or apartment number. So we been stopped by the guards outside in the heat for 20 min until it solved. The rooms is very simple but has micro ,fridge ,kitchen. No wifi in rooms. Tv out of order. The pool area is not free of charge ,and you have to go inside some kind of bank office to sign papers for a ticket But i give 5 stars to the balcony View, a wonderful sight over the Taal volcano 🌋"
