The space
The house has a new look after being recently repainted outside, with hardwood timber floors re-polished, new carpets throughout and assorted new furniture.

There is plenty of space with two large living areas, 3 entertaining deck areas plus decks or balconies on most rooms. All rooms have ceiling fans and the house has both excellent ventilation and a large split system air conditioner to service the house. The huge caterers kitchen is superbly decked out with Meile appliances and fantastic cafe quality coffee with a new Breville dual boiler coffee machine and grinder. Feel your best relaxing in a healthy chemical free environment of organic grounds, healthy cleaning and personal products and the option of either powerful wifi or wifi free cable internet points. The 65" Samsung smart TV comes with Netflix access and great surround sound.

The garden has organic fruit trees, vegetable garden and chickens. A small private forest to explore with swings, a Vuly trampoline and basic kids bamboo jungle gym. For the big kids, put the finishing touches on the beach bodies in the open air weight room.

All rooms have a balcony and/ or an outside door to gardens.

You can park outside the front gates. Neighbourhood is quiet. If you walk to the top of the road you have a beautiful view of Mullumbimby mountains. Only 4 minutes drive to all of the local boutique shopping, cafes and charm of Mullumbimby. 11 minutes to the range of Brunswick heads rivers, dog, kids and surf beaches, with further infinite surfing potential all of the way from Lennox Head to Surfers Paradise. Explore all the character of shopping and dining at Federal(20 mins), Newrybar(20 mins) or Bangalow(25 mins). 35 minutes to either Ballina or Coolangatta airports.
