The space
Villa Kome is a 2 bedroom villa with private pool, each bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bathtub, has wardrobe as well as side tables with lamps, air-conditioning and free fast wi-fi up to 80 MBPS.

It's a bright open plan living space, which includes the equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas, as well as a separate seating area, infinity private pool facing towards the rice-field and lush garden.. i personally and heart-fully decorated this villa with blends modern design & traditional elements, a Balinese hand-made interiors and rich modern wood and rattan furnishing, the most suitable for family and friend to travel.

Guest access
Guests will have full access exclusively throughout the villa Kome, the private pool area and garden, guests also have full access to the shared and parking space.

CHECK-IN POLICY
Before your check in, we will reach you out and add you to the care group chat that is up for communication through out your stay at the villa.
Kindly please inform us your ETA to make sure we can assist and welcome you accordingly, also note that our check-in time is at 3 PM by default. However, you can check-in earlier if there is no guest before you or you can leave drop off your luggage if necessary.

ID VERIFICATION
Please be informed that copy of ID's (passport or driving licenses) of all guest that is checking in, it needs to disclosed before check in dates, for safety concern you put water mark or cover the ID number.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please be informed that Security deposit is needed upon your stay, with range amount of IDR 500.000,- (USD 50) up to IDR 1.000,000,- (USD 100) , it has to be paid in cash on checked in and will be return on checked out

CHECKOUT POLICY
Please be informed that our check-out time is latest at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you can still keep your luggage on our waiting bay up to 2 PM
Other things to note
DISCOUNT
Weekly and monthly price is available. Put your date it will calculate automatically. Don't forget to put the number of guests as well.
For yearly rental can get higher discount / special offer, please kindly drop a message and send inquiry for yearly.

POOL SIZE
The pool would be around 3 meters x 8 meters with depth would be around 1,6 meters. The pool maintenance will be arrange twice in a week.

DAILY CLEANING
The villa's house keeping staff will daily cleaning 3 times in a week (or every 2 days), unless there's a public or culture holiday

BREAKFAST
We want to inform you that your stay is not includes breakfast, we do have provide a well equipped kitchen for you to cook your own meal, but incase you need a service for breakfast (Indonesian style / American style), we can arrange them for you with extra per person per day

BEDDING & TOWEL
To maintain hygiene and cleaning, the villa staff will arrange to exchange bedding and towel every 3-5 days, any request before the schedule will be bare by guest.

TRADIONAL BALINESS MASSAGE
I can recommend a good therapist for you, It usually costs around IDR 400K (around USD 25) per 2 hours.

PHOTO SESSION
Having a great moment to remember while you are in Bali is a must, if you need a help from a photographer, I can recommend one for you, It usually costs around IDR 5.000K (around USD 350) per session.

SCOOTER RENTAL
I can help to arrange you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 80K - 150K per day without petrol, including 2 helmets and raincoat.

CAR RENTAL
Car rental is also available with the cost at IDR 600K (around USD 45). Additional IDR 250K (USD 20) if it's including driver & gasoline. But parking fees, highway fees and entrance fees (if any) are not included. Additional hours is chargeable at IDR 50K (around USD 4) per hour. Car capacity up to 6 guests without luggage.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
We are 50 - 80 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 600K (around USD 45). per car with driver including gasoline, with a maximum capacity of 4 people + luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall by holding signage of your name. Please reach out to me for other transfer inquiry with a bigger car.
