“The property is very well presented, with most of it usable space. I knew after reading a few reviews that the check in process wasn’t going to be straight forward for us but after a few phone calls, they opened the door remotely. The property isn’t close to the beach or the main area for the restaurants, we knew this and were happy to walk, a few restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk, the 4 main supermarkets are 10 minutes away and the main area for eating and drinking are approx 15...

“The house was amazing. So homely and welcoming. Would stay again. The view to the Mar Menor was beautiful. Pity the weather was not great. Would have loved to have sat out with a bottle of wine. And take in the rays. ”

“We know this area well now, it's just perfect. Location great, all within walking distance and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty to do within walking distance, this is perfect. Very safe for teens to explore also, we absolutely love San Pedro Del Pinatar if you haven't been you will too. It's not Brits abroad which we love, unlike Torreveja just up the road. Half an hour to Cartagena and 45 minutes drive to Murcia if you want to visit a city. You could quite easily just...

“La casa está muy bien. Tiene zonas impresionantes y cuidadas y otras algo menos lucidas, pero muy bien en general. Los dueños gestionan todo adecuadamente. La limpieza de camas, toallas y preparación de habitaciones bastante bien, aunque se podría mejorar un poco en algunos 'rincones'. En general es una casa a la que da gusto entrar, con buena climatización, mucho espacio y buenas vistas.”

“Location close to beach. Great tennis facilities open to visitors and good gym - both nearby. Bungalow was well equiped. It was too cold to use the pool but it was just outside the door. Local supermarket and local bara dn restuarant was a 10 minute walk away. Local bakerey van stopped outside the door every morning. There was no internet connection which was disaponting as we had to keep using the local bar´s wifi. Also TV was quite limited to few channels.”

“Lo mejor la ubicación y que tiene una zona exterior muy buena con la piscia eso da una gran expansión y alivio para los dias tontos que no vas a la playa Solo cuenta con un aire acondiciaonado en la habitación principal. La cocina necesita mejorar la nevera y la hornilla. La propiedad tiene ocupados bastantes armario, cajones y vitrinas ... con " cosas multiples y varias .. " Tiene un gran potencial con minima inversión.”
