“We wanted a quick get away to celebrate a friend’s birthday. This was the perfect spot! The house was clean and exactly as described. It was very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a good selection of coffee and creamers. The covered front porch was a great place to visit, enjoy our morning coffee or evening drink. It was also a good spot to wait out a morning rain before getting on our motorcycles to explore. The wineries close by stop food service...

“We enjoyed our stay at the Owl's nest. Clean, comfortable three bedroom/one bath house with a fenced in yard for our dog. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need, and extras. Laura was very responsive to our emails and there wasn't a lot of noise with 4th of July fireworks. We went into Carbondale, Makanda and Ava, all within 30 minutes away, and found hikes only 5 minutes away. ”
