“Trevlig oas med hög service från personalen. Fick hjälp med flera saker som t ex att få kläderna tvättade. Att man kan välja att inta frukost vid balkongen och den vackra utsikten ger semestern guldkant. Intog även middag ibland som smakade mycket bra. Avstånd från Downtown och urvalet av restauranger men det är det värt med denna atmosfär. Går lätt att ta taxi mm. till en rimlig kostnad. Utifrån vår erfarenhet finns det bara ett förbättringsförslag och det är lite mjukare sängar. ”

“This place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. ”

“Fint hotell en liten bit bort från centrum. Finns enstaka restauranger i närheten men vill man äta utanför hotellområdet behöver man hyra golfbil eller ta taxi.
Rent på rummet är bra skick överlag. Fint poolområde.
Stranden är ganska liten och med lite gyttjig botten men helt ok. De jobbar varje dag med att hålla stranden ren från sjögräs som spolas upp men kan ändå finnas lite.
Maten på hotellet är väldigt bra och inte så mycket dyrare än någon annanstans. Bra frukostbuffé som har det mesta....

“Really nice hotel. Slightly smaller then some of the larger hotel complexes on the island.
But that only creates a more cozy atmosphere. All amenities were great and the food and service was on top. Only downside is that the private beach often gets overrun by tourists that are leaving from the port next door.

“The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories”

“Nice beach but close to the pier. Hotel is wellness used and not so fresh but still ok. It is definetelly worth the money u pay for stay, service and all inclusive. we travelled with kids age 2,2,5 and pool was safe for them. Funny animation during the day and great entertiment arter dinner!!! We can recommend it for those who is looking for low budget holiday! Book your taxi for pick upp from Airport a head by webb, otherwise u pay 80-100euro One way!!! Taxi is expensive ...Travel by public...
“Enkelt boende nära till allt! Rent och fint men något slitet. Trevligt bemötande av personal och framförallt ägaren. Hade rum på nedervåningen mot vägen men ändå stördes man inte nämnvärt av trafik eller oljud. Välj om möjligt rum mot havet för fantastisk utsikt. Finns dock solterass på taket som alla kan nyttja. Fantastiskt att se solnedgången från taket!

"The hotel is nice and the front desk people is super helpful.
The restaurant service is awful and their prices are ridiculously expensive. Very bad value for money. Rooms are clean, the furniture is a bit outdated but fit for purpose. Pool ok, the private beach is not clean, trash and rubble. You will be ripped off with the rent of the golf carts."

There’s a gap in the door which makes the music leak in and you can feel the bass in the room.
Another minus is the service both at the reception and in the beach/bar area. In general very slow and not so attentive.
Worth noting is also that there is a bathtub in the room but there’s not enough water to fill it - after filled about 25% the water stopped running. "
