âThis place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. â
âLet me start by saying. Iâm fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. Iâve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. Iâve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didnât miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.

âThe property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memoriesâ

We have stayed at Ixchel on all occassions and can guarantee that it is the absolutely best place to stay on the island. First and most important is the location. âThis hotel is amazing, best place i have visited last 20 yrs.
Restaurants, food, pools, location, service, facilities, private butler - all just perfect.

âEnkelt boende nĂ€ra till allt! Rent och fint men nĂ„got slitet. Trevligt bemötande av personal och framförallt Ă€garen. Hade rum pĂ„ nedervĂ„ningen mot vĂ€gen men Ă€ndĂ„ stördes man inte nĂ€mnvĂ€rt av trafik eller oljud. VĂ€lj om möjligt rum mot havet för fantastisk utsikt. Thereâs a gap in the door which makes the music leak in and you can feel the bass in the room.
Another minus is the service both at the reception and in the beach/bar area. In general very slow and not so attentive.
Worth noting is also that there is a bathtub in the room but thereâs not enough water to fill it - after filled about 25% the water stopped running. "
