"Rummet var stort å rymligt. Sköna hårda sängar, precis som vi vill ha! Saknade dock AC, skohorn och kaffemaskin på rummet. Självincheckningen som de hade bildade köer, och tog längre tid än om de skulle gjort det, så det behövs ses över för en smidigare hantering."

"Always a pleasure staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and functional. I've never tried the breakfast, but there are several good options nearby. It's easy to get here from the main station both by U-bahn and by foot. Pempelfort isn't overrun by tourists, so it feels more genuine and laidback"

"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in Düsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
