“Parking lot was not secure at all, and was full of damaged property. The floor on the elevator was broken, along with some of the buttons in the elevator. The entire hotel stunk. Carpet everywhere was dirty and dingey. Vanity lights would NOT turn off, so I had to unscrew the bulbs. Roaches. Found a "pipe" in the drawer underneath the TV. Literally checked out early to book into another hotel nearby. I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, especially this scathing, but this place...

“The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too.”

“Everything was wonderful. Great stay and very clean rooms. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Breakfast was good. Waitress was hard working! Elevators were being renovated so we walked through the service area to get to the service elevator. Not the best view of the property. ”

“Location is great. Room in good size with everything you need while being in good condition and clean. Only two negatives really: 1. Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do. 2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night. I ended up paying $140 for 8 days. I also had issues with no water off and on for the last two days. It was a temporary issue though so wont hold it against the...

“Did not enjoy my stay, beds were hard and worst was ac unit could not be set to continuous. Kept turning on and off. Could not sleep. There was only one elevator and theres no parking. Have to pay for valet.”

“Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. ”
