“Perfect property to spend a wonderful two days with close friends. The house is well stocked and flush with amenities - kitchen has everything you might need to cook, huge TVs everywhere, new bbq, lots of towels, nice bedrooms with comfy beds, and so much more! Sadly we didn’t have good weather so we couldn’t make good use of the dock and amazing deck space but we will be back! ”

“Beautiful location at the end of a bay, newly renovated and very close to services but still feels like a get away. Very responsive host and everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure.”

“Stayed August 2025 with family of four. We found other reviews to be largely accurate. Cottage was clean, comfy, well stocked (except we never did find an ice cream scoop lol). BBQ worked, lots of activities indoors and outside, good sitting areas, great location albeit on a busy lake.It's a stretch to say it has AC. There's a portable unit in the back hall with maybe a five/six foot hose. It didn't reach let alone cool the south-facing main area. It's probably fine most times of year but...

“Had a wonderful time during our week in Muskoka. The cottage is amazing. Brand new with fully stocked kitchen. The common areas around the cottage are still being finished but the dock was lovely as was the beach area. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks. Central location and short distance to Port Carling and Bala which was perfect. Can’t wait to see what it looks like when it’s all done.”

“Great place to spend a weekend with friends! We really enjoyed swimming from the dock and the rooms were all clean and comfortable. The spot was very quiet in mid-September and everyone gave rave reviews. ”

“A lovely property and beautiful cottage! The Muskoka room off the back patio was great, especially if bugs are out, although we had none when we were there so the outside patio was excellent. It will be a gem when the property is completed. New pool also very nice. Jacqueline was a wonderful host, would definitely stay again!”

“If anyone is looking for an incredible getaway on an island sanctuary then look no further than Cherry Island! It is a spectacular setting to relax and enjoy being with friends; we went and enjoyed the last few days of summer.We took full advantage of what the island has to offer, including kayaking, canoes and paddle boarding and walking around the island. There’s a fabulous fire pit and a vegetable garden that only added to the meals we were able to prepare in the well appointed kitchen. Oh,...
