This condo was perfect for our small family to stay over the weekend. Our youngest daughter had a cheerleading competition. So it was nice to escape the craziness and come to the beach each evening. Very clean and well appointed condo.

Great location directly on the beach with amazing view off the balcony. Free parking and restaurants within walking distance was convenient.

Stayed here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament weekend. It was perfect for our family of 4. Love the location as it was just a short drive to the Convention Center. Easy check in process, and front desk was extremely helpful. Will definitely book here again!

Enjoyed staying here—listing exactly as described! Building is older; however, beds/amenities in unit are clean/updated and location is ideal (walking distance for many restaurants/beach and food delivery options!) Wi-Fi was spotty while inside, but our goal was to enjoy outside as much as possible so not a showstopper. Overall, great stay at a great price!

The property is a somewhat older building. It is well maintained and overall pretty clean. It is beachfront and near the main drag. One elevator was out of service, so we spent some extra time during our stay waiting for an open one. Check-in went fine, albeit a bit old-fashioned. There was a lot of paper- coupons, parking pass, etc. - filed in a box by last name, then tearing of paper, working on the computer, and activating room keys. The clerk was very nice and did a good job. After one day, all of our room cards stopped working, so we had to go get new ones coded. The staff was quick and helpful and asked for identifying info before issuing. Later in our stay, a card quit working again. This time, when we went to get a new card, the clerk did not ask for ID or ask questions to which only we would know the answer. That lack of security concerned me. There was a security guard present at least 1 night we were there. Common areas were well lit, and staff was always pleasant. Our unit was as described. It was spacious and met our needs. Pros: new flooring, paint, bathtubs/showers, kitchen counters, newer appliances, fixtures, incredible view of ocean Cons: floor dirty (feet black after walking on it), master bed uncomfortable (springs squeaked when sat upon), minimal kitchen wares (no hot pad, frying pan/skillet, spatula for flipping, measuring cups or spoons). It was a good value, and we enjoyed our stay!
