Det finns bara ett stÀlle i Myrtle Beach dÀr det inte finns nÄgra höga stigningar, inga hus och rena naturliga sanddyner och en naturlig strand. Och det hÀr Àr det !! 2 mil av rent nöje dÀr du kan ansluta till naturen i princip pÄ en privat strand.

NÀr du njuter av havsfronten frÄn de tvÄ verandorna Àr din vy till vÀnster naturreservatstranden och till höger Àr Apache brygga och restaurang (0. 3 miles). SÄ du har det bÀsta frÄn bÄda vÀrldar, lugn och avkoppling eller kul, spÀnning och mÀnniskor.

Detta Àr det enda lÀgenhetskomplexet intill Myrtle Beach Nature Preserve - en 2 mil lÄng privat strand. I grund och botten Àr detta en 2 mil lÄng privat strand i din trÀdgÄrd för din njutning.

Nature Preserve har inga folkmassor och massor av stora skal !! Det Àr som att ha ett strandhus med tillgÄng till en privat strand.

Denna plats Àr borta frÄn brus frÄn staden och nav-ub, men ÀndÄ nÀra nog att gÄ med i kul om du Àr sÄ benÀgen. Det finns tvÄ pooler och en Àr uppvÀrmd. Hundar Àlskar att springa pÄ 2 mils naturskydd ... det Àr som att ha en egen privat strand !!

Du kommer verkligen att njuta av lÄnga promenader pÄ det som verkar vara din egen privata strand och naturskydd. Detta Àr korrekt den sista fastigheten som byggs nÀra denna naturskydd eftersom det inte kan finnas nÄgra ytterligare fastigheter som har byggts pÄ 700 Är enligt lag.

Eftersom sÄ fÄ mÀnniskor kan komma till denna del av stranden Àr det en mycket naturlig strand med mycket stora sanddyner och naturliga skal, krabbor, smÄ fiskar och hÀger. Bevarningen har ocksÄ en sjö. Det finns en brygga för fiske och underhÄllning cirka 1/3 mil söder om lÀgenheten.

The view in this unit is amazing. With the miller and a half of nature preserve too the both of the condos, this part of the beach feels almost like a private getaway (especially for early morning walks). The AC worked well and the Condo served is purpose well of housing or family of 4.

An incredible private beach with one of a kind views of the ocean!! This is our 4th year staying here, and it checks all the boxes for us!! We would like to see some updating of exterior balconies and furniture for open balcony, fixing of the door between balconies, as well as interior peeling of wallpaper and older dishwasher. Excellent communications with property manager!

Great location and closest ive been to the beach very short walk to beach. Nice pool kids liked it. Being nest to the nature preserve was nice. And great location to shopping and dining.

The location of this property is fantastic! Unfortunately, that's the only thing it has going for it. The furniture and beds are very out of date and uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very hard an uncomfortable, the bedroom with full bed had pee stains on mattress and it was worn out, and bedroom with futon bed was filthy under the bed and carpet was missing. The unit had a dehumidifier and air purifiers leading me to believe they had a moisture/mold issue in past. The balcony had a broken/loose railing causing a possible safety concern. Also, chair on balcony was broken, but covered by a cushion making it look useable. Coffee pot had mold and kitchen utensils were out of date and didn't work well. I would not recommend this unit and do not think it's worth the rental price we paid for a week.

We have stayed at this condo several times. It’s the best for beach location-private beach to stroll on. The condo is always neat and clean, there are 2 pools and it is very close to barefoot landing and Myrtle beach attractions. The owners are always pleasant to work with and we plan on staying here in the future!

The unit that we stayed in was very nice and had a great view of the ocean and nature reserve. I was contacted prior to our trip and I was provided with many details of the property. I was disappointed with the pool - it was supposed to be heated but it was colder than the ocean. The beach area and property was nice. The one thing we did not like was that there was not much to walk to in the area besides the beach ( stores etc) But we loved that shopping and restaurants were very close ( driving distance)

Great view. Great location. Lots of minor issues that add up. Nothing major. Very outdated but still functional. Great layout of property. Could have been cleaner but was fine overall. Felt it was a lil pricey for all the deferred maintenance that is needed. Owner easy to work with. Would stay there again if traveling with dogs. Bring your knife sharpener if you plan on doing any cooking. Could use a quality skillet. Overall good stay.

As stated above, you can’t beat this location and views of the Atlantic. Great beach, very clean and not very busy. Having the nature preserve next to the property gives you a great sense of escape from all the touristy areas to the North & South. This all being said, the condo itself is very dated and definitely could use updating. Very questionable elevators and the exterior areas could use updating as well. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return if the place is updated. We definitely thought the price was a little steep for the quality of the condo itself. Even after factoring in the location.

Great location, beautiful ocean views and pet friendly. Other than the condo needing updating, it did the job. The condo has all the amenities of home. Be sure to turn on the dehumidifiers as soon as you get there.

This rental is outstanding for a quiet get away to Myrtle Beach!! It is right next to a preserve so it is not crowded at all. The property is great-all the things we need. The owners are fabulous to work with. We have rented this property several times and will definitely rent again for our next trip to the beach!

While the property could use some updating it was very clean and provided plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook meals. Host was wonderfully accommodating before arrival and during our stay to ensure our vacation was enjoyable. Proximity to the beach was great with young children and the pool was an added bonus.

Except for the exceptional beach, this unit and for that matter the entire complex needs a complete renovation. The unit itself was furnished with outdated furniture, a lot of mirrors and in desperate need of new paint, appliances and lighting. The same could be said for the entire exterior of the complex. Everything needs cleaned, painted and brightened up. It really is dark and depressing just the opposite of what you would expect from a beach rental. We just expected much more and was very disappointed in the rental.

What a wonderful condo and beach! Booking was easy, property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. Interior could use some updating, but very clean and comfortable! Loved having both a screened and open balcony! Beach was not overcrowded, and neighbors were courteous and pleasant! We cannot wait to return next summer 😎

The property was as described and great communication before, during and after stay. I always cook most meals and found the kitchen adequately stocked. Great view from both balconies.. You can hear the surf from inside with the windows closed! Perfect for pets, our fur baby loved the beach and we were so happy not to leave her in jail. I can't think of a better place to be for our first trip since Covid started. The beach was never crowded. My kids are 11 and 15 and they thought it was great too with enough activities close. We felt safe, distanced, and relaxed. Glad we found this gem.
