A bright, beach‑themed escape run by a stellar owner. She contacts you directly, shares her personal number, and there’s no realty office runaround—check‑in is effortless. First‑floor access is the win: park, step in the side door, one quick elevator ride, and the condo is immediately to the left. For kids, strollers, and beach gear, it’s as easy as it gets.Yes, Caravelle Tower shows its age outside, but the moment you open the door you’re in a cheerful, curated space that feels like a different world. There’s a legit peek‑a‑boo ocean view from the balcony; we even enjoyed storm watching early in the week, then sunny, low‑key beach days that felt safe for our children.Notes to set expectations: one of the two A/C units lagged during extreme heat, but the other kept temps comfortable. Some kitchen pieces needed a quick rinse—more a guest‑care issue than the host. Importantly, the owner supplies dish soap, all towels, and linens—a major plus when many area units charge extra for linens and cleaning.Bottom line: If you want ultra‑modern marble and chrome, look elsewhere. If you want value, convenience, and a responsive owner, this condo delivers. The positives—personal hosting, easy access, family‑friendly layout, and balcony views—far outweigh minor quirks. We’d happily stay again.
