âSimple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok.
Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. â

The restaurant was exceptional. I enjoyed a wonderful meal at the bar.
I thought I lost a ring and they responded immediately to look for it and called me back even when they did not find it. Instead of saying we will call you if we find it. I later found it in my suitcase. â

âThere was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking.
This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well.
Toilet was running and refilling constantly. â

âI paid for the room when I booked it with the Hotels.com app. When I check-In the hotel charged me for the room. Tlaked to them and they promised me a refund, but still 4 days later I havenÂŽt got any money.

âWonderful stay the property well maintained and quiet. The staff was helpful and curious. They room was beautiful with plenty of outlets and clean. They have the best shower. Great fitness center clean spacious with a yoga area that lets the sun in. Highly recommend will definitely return on next trip to North Chicago.â
