âNice view over the city from the room, but the window placement caused a lack of privacy, it was possible to see into several other rooms. Service minded staff, good breakfast. Nice bath facilities, although the swimming pool is a bit shallow. Beautiful lobby. The hotel bar Old Imperial was cosy and luxurious but expensive. The drinks were delicious.â

âThe Prince Park Tower Tokyo was absolutely magnificent. Everything, from the warm welcome to the fantastic breakfast (we tried both the Japanese and the Western and as we had it in our room a rolling table was delivered at our selected time) was astonishing but what baffled us the most was the impeccable service we received from everyone at the hotel.
This is clearly a hotel where the management knows how to run a successful operation.

âHögt över förvĂ€ntan! Rymliga rum (för att vara Tokyo), fantastisk dusch, perfekt lĂ€ge, man kan ta sig till Tokyos alla hörn med gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till de olika tunnelbanorna. Gratis kaffe och vatten och en uppsjö av toalettartiklar. Jag kommer definitivt bo hĂ€r igen!â
âThe self check-in is not practical since there is always a staff member standing next to you anyway.
When the aircon started there was a smell of urine in the room.
I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere.

"Bra hotel med trevlig utsikt mot Tokyo Tower, nÀra tunnelbanan och taxi stod alltid redo utanför. Frukosten va dÄlig och oorganiserad. Vi Ät pÄ sushirestaurangen som fanns och den var riktigt bra.
Rummet kÀndes lite risigt, men det va sköna sÀngar. "
