Lägenhetshotell i NUSTAR Resort & Casino

“Great hotel in aspects. Wonderful service from the personnel. Fresh, clean rooms. Excellent location, using the grab app.”

“The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high...

“Bra rum, mycket trevlig personal hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Bra restauranger och feukost”

“Ensamresande. Frukosten var en katastrof. Poolen är okej men inga riktiga solplatser för en soldyrkare som mig. Men hotellet är i toppskick och personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt och vis. Om jag skulle stanna en längre period här i Cebu City så hade jag valt detta hotell igen.”

“Property may not be as good but still ok”

“This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

“The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

“Nice condo helpfull pe”

“It was very spacious .. we booked a premium 3 bedrooms for our family !! Everyone was comfortable ..! Service was great very accommodating !”

“スリッパは使い捨てを使い回し。 シャワーが時間帯で弱い。 シーツも前の宿泊者から取り替えていない？ 18時以降はコンシェルジュおらず、チェックインに苦労した。（鍵が見当たらず、悪戦苦闘）”

“no wifi ,cause no wifi no TV also micro wave not working could not contact owner . It was a disappointing way to end a vacation when paying full price. Not worth the stay. One expects that every works that they post about the rental . ”

“Nothing likeable in this unit. It is smelly, the cleaner itself do not know how to clean the room and she herself is the owner but do not know how to clean.”
