“The Host Raheim was an absolute great host and very hospitable. The place was clean and comfortable. Due to rain, we didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool :( but the ambiance was beautiful! Was able to go out in the garden and go up on rooftop to meditate in the am, once the rain subsided. Our host cooked some delicious food, absolutely some of the best food I’ve tasted outside of mine. We also was lucky to get a ripe delicious papaya! We will absolutely book again! ”

“Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.”

The hosts, with their authentic charm and enjoyable company, added to the magic of the place. Each morning, they served custom breakfasts that were simply unbelievable—a feast for the palate and the eyes as well, especially when shared with the resident peacock! “The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience.”

“Great location. 10 min from airport. Beach is right behind the building. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Grocery store and Walgreens/CVS in walking distance for any needs. Nearby to pick-up points for excursion companies. Ubers readily and quickly available. Secure location. 24/7 desk concierge. Near busy street but rental was amazingly quiet. Very responsive management.”

“I had a great time staying in this private room. The hosts were very nice and helpful for whatever ever I needed and the room was very clean and has a really comfy bed. I liked how the room is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance/parking space. Noise does not travel through the walls so you still get a very private feel. I recommend this place 100%”
