Pensionat i Narusawa

“Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!”

“This was my 2nd time staying here after I adopted the woman who runs the hotel and the shop as my Japan oba last year, I remembered she loves hydrangeas so I stopped in Kamakura at Hasedera to get her a gift before seeing her because her birthday is in June. She's a very sweet and kind woman who doesn't speak English but is totally fine having conversations with translation apps. The property itself is in a great location right across from Mt. Fuji Station so it's easy to get to by bus or train...

“It has at a good location and quiet place. It’s a private house for our group. Free drinks, snacks and laundry. Definitely recommend to our friends.”

“Very nice ryokan. Super friendly and helpful staff who really made an effort to teach their foreign guests about Japanese culture. There are two private onsen, one indoors and one outdoors.”

“Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I would absolutely come stay again. The...
