“We had a great time staying here. The directions to find and access the place were easy to follow. The bedroom was very comfortable (nice and toasty despite the chilly weather) and the facilities were great. And what a special treat to find fresh-baked muffins upon arrival!”

If you want peace and quiet - this is your place. If you want TV and noise, probably not. As always, when we arrived, we were greeted with a quart jar of farm fresh milk, a loaf of homemade bread, butter, a half dozen farm fresh eggs, AND a couple of pieces of Shoo Fly Pie - yum. The rooms were clean, but overall the property is fairly dated, with visible scuffs and smudges on the doors and walls. The room was smaller than expected, though reasonable given the price point. We were hoping for a simple, rustic or Amish-like character, but the overall feel was more along the lines of a basic roadside short-stay motel. Fine if you just need a clean bed for an overnight, but not...
