Amazing Downtown Home Incredible Views

Summary:
Best view in town! This brand new home is great for families and groups visiting Nashville. The location is second to none! Walk into The Gulch, or take a short Uber ride Downtown, Mid Town, & Music Row...

The Space:
This home is brand new, newly furnished, four story, four bedroom, four bathroom detached home in The Gulch. Every item in the house is brand new. The views of Downtown Nashville from every floor and especially the full rooftop deck are amazing!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The Gulch is as great part of Nashville, with many restaurants, bars, and even some good shopping. The location of this home is perfect for exploring the city of Nashville. You are just a short Uber ride away from Downtown.

Getting Around:
Walking is a breeze from my new home in The Gulch, but if you prefer an Uber ride you can be anywhere in the city for under $10.

Interaction with Guests:
I am always available if you have questions or concerns, but I will give you your space during your stay.

Great Property

Came here for a bachelorette weekend and we all enjoyed the property very much. The rooftop was awesome, the place was clean and orderly, and the neighborhood was safe and close to all of the activities we did!

Great property

The house was perfect for our group that we had travel to Nashville from New Jersey.Everyone had there own room with there own bathroom which makes staying with a group much easier.The house was clean and the living room area and kitchen was a really nice space for everyone relax.The location of the house was perfect.The house was close to everything and we would definitely recommend staying here.We would book again for sure

Great stay

This place was awesome and a great stay for the 4 adults and 5 kids for 5 nights. It was as advertised with comfortable beds and a great rooftop. The rental scooters out front were our main go to for transportation around town. Be sure to get the multi-day pass.only beef is that the clearners need to do a better job and the place needs a deep clean soon. Also, love the fact that the price is the price without additional fees per extra guest after the first 2 like so many greedy owners have on VRBO.
