Great little house!
Great little neighborhood, very quiet. Even saw deer bedded down behind the house when leaving early in the morning. House was just as listed. The living room was a bit smaller than expected but met our needs well. Nice bedrooms. Bathrooms done nicely. About 15 mins to downtown.

Lovely spot with improvement needs
Pros: The property is very conveniently located to highway access, a major convention center, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Within 10 minutes, you can get to most critical places you need with a vehicle. There is no public transportation from the property. The townhome itself is mostly well appointed, and the owner thought of a lot of details especially in the kitchen. The owner also went ahead and included a first aid kit which was remarkable and ended up having to be used during our stay (sharp knives sliced fellow guest upon dishwasher loading). There was adequate provision of starter essentials both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Paper napkins would’ve been a nice touch in addition to sieves on both sides on the double sink. The decor themes are very eclectic and cool and there is a nice amount of space around the actual home itself to enjoy the property. Deer come sometimes at night to graze on the lawn. Cons: The property manager Vacaasa did not provide check-in information in a timely manner although claiming their automatic communication states that that this is supposed to happen. I actually had to call the day of my checkin to inquire as to when I would get the door code and other check-in logistics. Calling them is a headache as this is outsourced, hold times are long and agents can only read from a script and not provide any accommodation for unique situations. The cleaning crew did not arrive on time and at the check-in time they were in the property cleaning. We were not able to check in at the agreed-upon term and Vacasa did not credit this to my account or provide a courtesy late check out on the other end of the reservation. So we basically were inconvenienced because the cleaning crew did not come on time Vacasa has done nothing but quote their standard check-in and checkout policy. The level of cleanliness was poor and does a disservice to the actual owner of the property. There was a plethora of dead bugs in the carpet, stray droppings from my previous guest such as elastic bands and bracelets, and the bathtub wall was abysmal; the bathroom wall was full of dangerous black mold/fungus and pink mold which I had to bleach in order to kill it and sanitize -work I had to do. The sheets on the bed did not look like they had been washed and changed and there were stray hairs from previous guests all around the apartment. The carpet also does not look as fresh as fluffy as it does online -needs a refresh or steam.

Vacation to Nashville
Excellent location for downtown activities, Music Valley and getting out and away from town for history or shopping. Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to highways, grocery stores and back roads to downtown.
