The Space:
You won’t be disappointed by this three-story spacious townhome.

The first floor contains a spacious bedroom with two queen beds and three make up stations. Full bathroom and laundry closet is also on this level.
Down the hall you will find an extra large living space equipped with a kitchenette, beverage refrigerator, massive smart TV, a queen pull-out sofa and 4 custom build twin xl bunk beds.

On the second floor you will find the primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with walk-in shower, two vanities and private toilet closet.

Down the hall is a full bathroom with double vanity and two separate queen bedrooms each with their own makeup vanities and spacious closets.

On the third floor, you will enjoy your enormous living space that includes a chef’s kitchen, restoration, hardware, dining table, and chairs, and spacious living area with plenty of Restoration Hardware seating.

Off of your living room you will find a spacious outdoor terrace with cozy furniture and breathtaking, skyline city views.

This is your rooftop deck, equipped, outdoor dining and living furniture. Again, you won’t be able to beat these jaw-dropping skyline views.

Getting Around:
The townhouse is located 2 miles south of lower Broadway and right across from the Pantheon and Centennial Parl. There are some restaurants, a coffee shop, and gym within walking distance. It is a short Uber or drive to local favorite restaurants. The home is also close to downtown Nashville, 12 south, Vanderbilt, The Gulch, and much more.

Due to the nature of our small business, we have chosen a “Strict Cancellation Policy”. We will be unable to make exceptions. We recommend purchasing a travel insurance plan in the event some or all of the guests are unable to attend. Thank you for understanding.

Although we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee early check in/late check out due to the turn over schedule and other bookings. Please book your flights accordingly. There are several companies in town who will pick up and store your bags for you until you are ready for them.
