Weekend Stay
The property worked for what we were doing. This property slept 7 adults comfortably. Had no issues Ubering to downtown. Not much in walking distance for restaurants and or groceries, definitely need a ride.

we were informed that we could do a late check out. An invoice was not generated. I called back to have an invoice generated for some reason. The invoice did not go through and the agency did not call me to tell me that. And then informed me an hour before checkout time that it was too late. so in perspective, a timeline would look like this: 7:30 AM request for check out late, 745 a new invoice sent for $100 for the late check out, 845 still didn't get the invoice so I called. At 9 AM informed that I could no longer check out late. without explanation.

Very clean & spacious
All in all it was a great place. Garage wasn’t very big and was unable to fit 2 vehicles (truck and car), and there is limited parking at the complex. But the inside of the property was spacious and extremely clean!

Perfect for our family of 4. Each room having their own bathroom was great. Down stairs bedroom needs some deep cleaning. Ceiling fan was very dusty. Rest of house was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette weekend stay
We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable, fitting the entire group with nice decor and vibe. We also appreciated having 4 bathroom options, including showers!! A LOT OF STAIRS, just a warning that I wasn’t expecting to experience. We had very good communication with the host and they gave us all the answers to our questions. I would recommend this condo for larger groups!

Great location
This house is a great location and incredibly nice. I rated the house a 4 because upon arrival we cleaned and it appeared as if the floors had not been swept, there were handprints on the windows, we were missing extra sheets and blankets for the pull out couch, the toilet in one room was broken away from the floor. As far as essentials everything you need is there, but be prepared to clean yourself and bring your own blankets.

Big and COMFORTABLE!
This property had everything we wanted and was within short Uber rides to the best that Nashville has to offer. Our bed was more comfortable than what we have at home. Woukd stay here again if we ever return to Nashville.
