Welcome to Hart! When in Nashville, you’ll want to stay somewhere as exciting as the city itself. This stylish townhouse feels just like home, but a lot more fun. A full kitchen and laundry room provide the essentials while fun details, such as a record player, guitar, and locally inspired artwork, add that extra something. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and exactly where you’ll want to be after a night out on the town. After all, you’re only a 10-minute drive from the lively bars on Broadway Street!

Y’all are going to love Music City! There's a reason Nashville has become one of the most booming cities in the South. With its vibrant nightlife, country music, and inventive culinary scene, "Nashvegas" is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time (which means lots of drinking and eating). Visitors flock to Broadway, a street bustling with multi-level bars playing live music and serving BBQ. You might get stuck behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you're more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

listing details were incorrect

Everything was as pictured BUT the listing says 2 kings and 2 queens. That’s is inaccurate. There are 3 queens and one king. That is a significant error. We arrived 20 min before the 4:00 check-in. Texted to see if we could get into the property. Received a reply that they had back to back bookings and they couldn’t grant us access. We were the ONLY car in the parking lot. On a positive note: the towels were nice as was the bedding. Coffee and tea were provided. The combo door lock was convenient for all guests.
