“The only thing would be that it needed more trash cans, ice at the ready, and maybe some spices like salt and pepper for takeout food. The sofa is a little short and it would have been nice to have a sleeper sofa instead. ”

“I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place.”

“Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. We will stay with Tim again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything Tim. ”

“Very clean, easy communication/check in check out process. The room is exactly as advertised. Within walking distance of Geodis Park and the 12 South area. Downtown is about a $12 ride. I would stay here again in the future.”

“The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. Otherwise very nice stay”
