Bucket list CA girls trip!
We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, and the layout of the bedrooms on each side of the condo was great and didn’t make us feel like we were in each others space. The condo was a perfect location for the activities we planned on Broadway, the Opry, and other spots downtown. It was just a short Lyft ride wherever we needed to go. Our only suggestion is we wished there was a mirror somewhere other than the two bathrooms :)

Perfect Location For Downtown Nashville (Broadway)
This is an absolutely wonderful location for a fun time in Nashville. There are two bedrooms on opposite ends of condo each with private baths. Everything you need is in the condo for cooking, laundry, etc. Beds were very comfortable. This unit on the 6th floor provides a lovely view of downtown and surroundings. The neighborhood is very nice. The walk is probably between 1/2-3/4 of a mile -- very easy. Confession: I had forgotten several sweaters I inadvertently left in the closet. When I realized this a day later (and a state farther), I called the owner. He was very kind to allow a relative to stop in to pick up the forgotten items. His cleaning staff had placed them in storage -- still on their hangars. To the owners, thank you so much! The next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely be booking this unit again! If this unit is available for your trip, book it now.

Property is exactly as depicted in pictures. Very comfortable size for family of 3-4. Little concerned about granite extension of kitchen island and two metal support legs that were floating and not fixed to granite or the floor; accident waiting to happen. Location was great for us in relation to Broadway since we enjoy walking. There were a couple of “ant sightings” by entry door and in the second bedroom. More ice trays or ice maker would be nice.

William- thanks for the input. We will have pest control look into the ants and take care of that. This unit does have an icemaker but the current one broke a couple weeks ago so it’s taken awhile to order a new one like anything these days.

Perfect Location for a short Nashville Trip
We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location near Broadway was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to the vibrant surroundings. One of the highlights for us was the hassle-free parking right by the entry doors, making our arrival and departure a breeze. The presence of elevators was a game-changer, simplifying the process of loading in and out with ease. An unexpected delight was the old chimney tower on the property. Lit up at night, it served as a charming beacon, guiding us back home at the end of each evening. This unique feature added a touch of magic to our stay. Our stay was memorable and comfortable. Girls weekend
Fantastic place for four 50 year old women. We had space, plenty of bathroom amenities and easy for relaxation in between all the running around. Great location for walking to the action and easy to drive in and out of. Definitely recommend staying here in the future

First time to Nashville
The apartment was very sharp and exactly as depicted! Short burner rides to where ever you needed to go. Cool rooftop common space and only 15 mins to airport. You will need a trip to Whole Foods when you arrive to get coffee milk water and snacks if needed. Really easy to reserve, stay and pay! Would rent again to see everything that we didn’t get a chance to do. We were there for 4 nights! Thanks!

Comfortable retreat after a full day on Broadway. 1.3 mile walk to Downtown or a 7 dollar lyft ride. Loved the stay not fond of memory foam beds would be my only negative!

The location of this condo was great. Just a short walk to Broadway but far enough that you didn't hear the bands at night. The condo itself was great for 2 couples. However there were a few items that were of concern: The master shower made an awful clunking sound and then would lose all water pressure. You would have shut the shower off and restart it for the water pressure to come back on. As far cleanliness, don't look under the bed. I think that is where the cleaning crew left whatever they swept up under there.

Loved this little condo. Perfect for our two couples. It’s perfectly located and within walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway Street. Loved the sunsets from the rooftop deck. We would stay here again.

Apartment was perfect size for the comfort of two couples. Check-in was clear and easy and although we arrived 30 minutes early, management allowed us to check in which was very helpful. Our only complaint was some cleanliness issues. More attention should be paid to underneath furniture, beds and windows behind blinds. During our stay the garage gate was broken which was a security issue, however this ultimately did not cause any issues for us.

We booked this place for a concert a Bridgestone arena. The apartment was very clean and nice, and we were able to leave our car parked the whole stay and walk everywhere we needed to go. We loved this place.

We stayed here for CMA Fest with my daughter and her husband. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more! It was a great location to be able to walk downtown and still be able to get out of the craziness of the city when we were ready. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful place and a great location. I have to agree with the other review about the uncomfortable beds (the master is the only one I can speak to). The mattress was hard as rocks, and we did not sleep well at all. The shades in the bedrooms, although very pretty and provided privacy, did not keep the sun out, and we were woken up very early every morning. There was something wonky with the water, it kept shutting off and then turning back on while showering. My guess is that it was because of the condo and sharing water with other units. It wasn't a big deal but annoying when you are trying to shower.

Todd- the mattress is a 14inch Casper semi firm which some absolutely love and a couple of people like yourself didn’t like it. Some other units we have are softer but also get some complaints so unfortunately tough to please everyone. As for the water-I left you messages that they were testing and fixing water lines which is why the various pressures but it has been fixed

Perfect spot! Easy walk to Broadway! Beautiful roof top sitting area to see the lights of Nissan Stadium, Riverwalk, and bridges! Nashville getaway
Enjoyed our stay at this property. Checking in and out was easy. The owner was very responsive to our questions. On-site parking garage was definitely a plus because on-street parking was at a minimum. The property is only a mile from downtown, so it was walkable. The return trip is uphill, so take that into consideration when planning to go downtown on the weekends. (Uber drivers are reluctant to fight the traffic gridlock on weekends, so you may have to walk home.) Would rent this condo again.

Nice place but needs some TLC. Was clean and in good location but Kitchen cabinet drawer would not stay closed. Ice maker did not work. Bed was hard as a rock. Toilet paper holder bent and needs replaced trash can lid would not stay on can. Just little things. Over all Nice place.

Dustin-we weren't aware of the drawer or toilet paper holder so we will let maintenance know. The bed is a top of the line sealy and is semi plush so must be used to full plush mattress, tough to please everyone as the units we have full foam in we sometime get complaints on "canoeing" or dips so we went to a half foam half spring mattress. Thanks for the input.

Really enjoyed staying here! Plenty of space and light in the apartment. Location is nice, close enough to scooter to Broadway but you will need a car to get to a grocery store. Only complaint is the level of noise in the apartment from the AC on the roof above and the wind that whips down the alley.

Wonderful Experience!
My husband and I recently stayed at this property. There was a gap in reviews so we contacted the owner who explained they were not renting it out for a time while it was being renovated and refurnished. You could tell! It was spotless and beautifully furnished. There is secure parking, a very secure building as well. I could tell its a primarily residential building and liked that bc it didn’t feel sterile and impersonal like a hotel. I got to be a guest in a building with others who live there full time. It was wonderfully quiet and the people we encountered were very nice. The location was ideal, walked to and from Broadway each night (less than one mile). The riverwalk area was closed in one area for construction but what we walked of that ws great. Views from the building were also amazing!
