Guest Access
Guests enjoy exclusive, 100% private access to the entire indoor guest suite and their own private entrance. No indoor spaces are shared.

Please note that the backyard and driveway are shared spaces with the hosts.

For parking, we park strictly on the left side, giving you full, unblocked access to the right side of the driveway right next to your entrance. You are also more than welcome to use the backyard if you choose, but your indoor privacy is completely guaranteed.

Other Things to Note
We welcome longer stays. For stays of 7 nights or longer, one complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included per week. Stays under 7 nights do not include mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning is not a full reset, but close: fresh towels, fresh sheets and remade bed, extra toiletries, sweeping, and wiping down of surfaces. We're also happy to provide extra sheets and towels placed at your door (for you to set up yourself) if you prefer.

The kitchenette covers the basics but isn't a full kitchen, so keep that in mind for extended trips, even if it's longer than a week or two.

For personal laundry, a quality laundromat is just 2 miles away (5-6 minutes). Message us with any questions.

Per Metro Nashville STRP regulations, the primary renter must be 21 years of age or older to book this property.

About the Neighborhood
Briley Parkway and Ellington Parkway.

That means you have easy access to the interstates, Opryland, the airport, and downtown.

It's a safe, walkable neighborhood. You may see people walking, running, or biking. Traffic calming measures are in place on several roads. We are not, however, close enough for you to walk to everything. We're in a 1950's neighborhood with close access (.5 to 2 miles) to nearly everything you need.

Getting Around
Going downtown? We recommend Lyft or ParkWhiz. Your own car is probably ok for other areas, but parking cost and availability varies throughout Nashville.
