Located in the heart of Nashville, experience our South of Broadway (SoBro) apartment suites that delightfully blend the luxurious benefits of a boutique hotel with the familiarity of home. The SoBro Guest House is within easy walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, shopping, and world-renowned music and entertainment.

Each guest at SoBro Guest House will enjoy private spaces designed with Parachute linens, Apple TVs, local Good Citizen coffee, and Public Goods amenities. Every apartment suite includes a complete kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, and living room. To bring a little more Nashville to your stay, each unit is decorated with one-of-a-kind art from local artist Nathan Brown.

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building. Parking is first-come, first-served, and is limited to one spot per reservation.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

Please contact us if you're interested in booking multiple apartment suites for group reservations.

Note: Some photos are representative of the property but may differ somewhat as the floorplans are unique and change slightly from unit to unit. All units are designed to feel the same and share the vast majority of the same elements.

Property Note: The SoBro Guest House places you in the heart of the city, steps from its best restaurants and attractions. This prime location comes with the authentic sounds of city life – traffic, pedestrians, the occasional siren, and the ongoing expansion of the city (think construction). While we've taken measures to create a peaceful respite inside, embracing the city's energy is all part of the SoBro Guest House experience.

Perfect for a long weekend at the Broadway Honky Tonks

Great clean, updated place, external pics might indicate the place is a little sketch but inside was awesome. Parking was good but parking stalls were a little tight, once we figured out the external building lock didn’t need a # or * after the code it was easy to get in
still didn’t figure out how to consistently lock the door when leaving after a 3 night stay but would eventually lock after 1-12 tries using the code
comfy bed and good shower.

Great town to visit

Small apartment rental on 3rd floor with no elevators was clean and 3 blocks away from Broadway. It's close to many restaurants and downtown bars. The master room had no working fan & very little air circulation from living room A/C making it warm at night to sleep. There was little lighting in room too making it dim, but lots of light in rest of apt. Washer/dryer was very useful. Basic toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed the area and will visit again. â˜ș

Location was great, walking distance to Broadway and all surrounding venues. Easy on and off the interstate. Only downer was there was only a single coffee packet for two people for two days. Not a big deal.

Horrible experience

Booked and paid for. Then 2 day before our trip the host cancelled our booking. Saying that they were overbooked. Saw the same place listed on other sites as available. So wrong!!!!

Great location

Location is awesome you can walk anywhere basically or Uber at night if going a longer distance. The BBQ place was awesome and around the corner for dinner after our long drive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo in the heart of Nashville

Excellent condo in a great location. Easily walkable to downtown and Broadway. Very comfortable and clean. Well stocked and the washer/dryer is a nice add. Free parking that was always available was fantastic. A wine bottle opener would have been nice to have 😊 and the entry code did not work initially but a quick phone call solved that immediately so it was not an issue. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for a great price!

For the price and location we loved it! Check-in and check-out was simple and the instructions were clear. We weren't sent any parking or wifi information until two hour after we had already checked out though, which is the reason I gave "communication" three stars. We'll definitely keep this property in mind for our next Nashville trip!
