âThis gem of a little hotel is a best kept secret in Tokyo. Convenient to subways and a nice area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will stay again on our next trip. â

There were three types of gardens you could sit and relax in, very green and lovely. There were washing machines and vending machines on two floors. The staff was very professional yet familiar. âNice view over the city from the room, but the window placement caused a lack of privacy, it was possible to see into several other rooms. Service minded staff, good breakfast. Nice bath facilities, although the swimming pool is a bit shallow. Beautiful lobby. The hotel bar Old Imperial was cosy and luxurious but expensive. The drinks were delicious.â

The only negative thing I can think of was a few stray hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. But it didnât bother us.
