“The room itself was both dated and rundown. There is a $10 key deposit, though if you stay less than two nights they don’t charge it. The property does have a laundromat on site, but it’s not secured, so there’s a high chance your clothes could be stolen while unattended.
Inside the room, the sheets and covers had holes, and I ended up using my own bedding (which I keep in my car since I travel often). There were bugs, and the bathroom looked moldy, giving off a crime-scene vibe you’d expect...

“Rooms were nice, good size...a little beat up, but it's to be expected.Bed was super comfy!
The AC was LOUD! The outlets are so loose, nothing stays plugged in!
Breakfast was okay... it had cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins... the pancake maker was broken. Would have liked bigger cups for coffee, but it was good.
I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer bottled water or coffee during the day or evenings. And that the vending machines weren't working (and not full) but they were...

“We booked the same day when most hotels in the area were full. It’s in the heart of downtown. Easy and courteous check in process. The room was clean and the beds (although quite low to the ground) were extremely comfy. My family had a great night of sleep. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We had no complaints. Will use again. ”
