“Meritin delivered on every single thing you could ask for in a hotel. Clean and fresh rooms with daily housekeeping. 24/7 reception with exceptional and amazing staff, everyone is more than helpful and always greets with a big smile, keen to give tips and advice. Breakfast buffé and a la carté was delicious. Location is really good with a bus stop to Bako within a two minute walk. Best place to stay in Kuching with great value for money. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. ”

“Nice apartment with nice view of Kuching. Clean room & toilet. But one of the exhaust fan at toilet is too noisy to switch on so my children don’t want to use that toilet. In general, is a nice stay. Tq”

“Bra service från incheckning till utcheckning. Hotellet håller på att renoveras, detta störde inte förutom att poolområdet var stängt. Fint läge vid floden och nära till waterfront och sevärdheter. Rummen är nyrenoverade och i bra skick. Frukostbuffe med normalt utbud för området. Rekommderas. ”

“The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time.”

“We loved this hotel. Very well maintained and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spatious and the beds were really comfortable. The outside pool was a big plus. Breakfast was superb with so many dishes that you could stay there forever. We can really recommend this hotel. We stayed for four nights and we will come back!”
