1. The location is fantastic, situated in a peaceful area just a short walk from the beach.
2. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
3. Breakfast provided a reasonable selection of choices.
4.My single room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

âThis establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. The island is very accommodating in general but the biggest star of the show is Lucy. She helped me get a bicycle delivered to the hotel for me to ride around on, then showed me where to dry my clothes after the island gave me a free shower. âA very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. Itâs a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.â
âThe breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Good enough location. Those are the positive things. But I got a room in a neighbour hotel, apparently owned by same owner. Third floor, no elevator. The floor was really askew. I had to use a pillow beside me so I wouldnât fall from the bed! Literally! The staircase floors were not in line either. It didnât feel really safe to be honest.
