Sunset Harbor Palms 2-202 is a charming retreat nestled near the Santa Rosa Sound, offering easy access to the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico by foot, bike, or car. This recently renovated studio unit, with one bathroom, comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for a cozy family getaway or an impromptu weekend escape with friends. The living area features a full-size sofa sleeper, ensuring a comfortable stay and a queen-size bed fills the room with comfort at the end of a fun day at the beach.

Our 57 year Anniversary get away

We have stayed at Sunset Harbor Palms many times over the years. . We have never had any issues with our reservations. That’s why we keep coming back. The Studio we stayed in had everything you need for and enjoyable stay. It was very clean and the bed sleep good. A little disappointed the pool was closed the second day we arrived that was the only negative thing.

Good stay, and location

This was perfect for my daughter and I for our Father daughter trip. The condo was clean upon arrival. Nice little studio condo. Not sure if the previous guests had left fruit out or trash but we encountered a few gnats that we took out. Other than that the stay was good. Plenty of linens available, appliances may be a tad bit outdated for some. Walls are a little thin, you can hear other guests at times. Less than 2min drive to the nearest public beach entrance. Maybe 5min drive to Opal Beach. Stores and restaurants all within 15min. With it being summer the beaches weren't crowded plenty of white soft sand to set up and relax. The pool was clean and not crowded as well. Checkout was nice and easy.

We enjoyed our stay as we came down to visit our son, daughter in law and grandsons. The place was perfect for our needs. The only issue I had which wasn’t a reflection of the people who own the vrbo but more the company that owns the pool.. the pool was part of the package and in the middle of summer shouldn’t be closed for a couple of days . A pool is something that should be kept up on daily . That was disappointing for me

Not relaxing - construction view and repairs

Clean small condo. Property owner and manager failed to tell us that siding repair was occurring right outside our window which Bty allowed lots of rain to pour through to the floor next to bed. Also view was heavy equipment moving sand. Manager said we can’t control that. No but we could have had the info so we could have made a better decision as don’t stay there. Manager was rude offered 100 dollar refund. Nice but hmmm a day of banging and hammering. No rest then and basically every day noise from heavy equipment. Not ideal for a vacation.
