“Wonderful place to stay. Hosts are excellent!”

“Great price and nice place to stay! Communication between host was excellent! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.”

“Great property very nice area”

“It was perfect.”

“Responsive host; charming home.”

“Wonderful property! Had everything we needed and gave detailed instruction and guidelines. We thoroughly enjoyed the property’s backyard and easy to use Charcoal Grill for my group. We come to College Station yearly and this was top tier property for us and what we have experienced.”

“Nathan was an excellent host and we had an amazing stay! The location is great! This house has everything you possibly need and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. We will stay here again if we even have another opportunity to!”

“I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome....”

“The house was musty, carpet seemed damp. Master bedroom didn’t cool well. Fan in master couldn’t run on high as it was loose and rattling. No clothes washing detergent available. No ice maker in fridge. Not much furniture in master. Beds are real cheap and no headboards. No curtains which made it too bright early in the morning.”

“The house show signs not having been thoroughly cleaned with cigarette/cigars butts outside and lots of flys in the back yard that made their way into the house. Common occurance evidenced by the fly swatter in the Kitchen.”

“This home was gem, we loved the Aggie spirit, the house felt very cozy and welcoming, the extra beds would have been so wonderful if we had all of our children with us, but knowing that the availability was there for extra guest was inviting. Will use again if ever in College Station, we wanted to be in the home more than around town.”

“The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

“I loved that we each had our own bathroom!”

“Great place.”

“House was great! Well stocked with coffee, little creamers, pots and pans, plates, etc. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this property. ”

“The property was nice and clean. However, after we checked in while we had stepped out for dinner someone came back to the property and emptied the dishwasher and moved the items from the washing machine to the dryer. (and who knows what else). Both were running upon our arrival - 1 hour after check in time. It appears property owner has some way of watching guests in order to know when they are present or not. I felt it to be an invasion of privacy; when upon check in there shouldn't be a...

“Loved it .”
