“In my opinion this is not a true B&B, there is no one present on the property, although checkin was easy with text directions. The breakfast is an extra fee (pricey in my opinion). We stayed 3 nights and there was no service, didn’t even empty our garbage. Not what I expected. The bathroom shower curtain and liner smelled like mildew. There was coffee and tea in the hallways and snacks in the room which was nice.”

“The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Penn Yan, New York. The lobby was inviting and had free coffee and juice 24/7. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc… The grounds of the hotel or clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the hot tub would bubble up with huge amounts of foam.”
