“Perfect location in Naples, you reach the main sights by foot in just 20 minutes (also from the train station). This is an area with lot’s of trafficbut the room we stayed in eas towards the court so very quiet. The sound from the breakfast area is a bit loud. The room itself is spacious and well maintained. I lack some more lamps not just the one in the ceiling but thats more on a personal view. More hangers in the bathroom would be good. We never met the owner but she gave good service and...

“Nice stay once we found the place. Very difficult to find. Parking was an experience i have never had before. The hotel has No parking and you have to hand over your car to some Guy that stops you in the road. ( Normal in Nepals they say);). Once you find the reception on the fourth floor, the welcome we recieved wasn’t the friendliest. The receptionist seemed more interested in her computer than guests. We never saw anyone the rest of our stay or checkout. Room was clean and a very good size....

A Napoli abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B le 4 stagioni per 5 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, esattamente nel centro di Napoli, le camere erano ben attrezzate e molto confortevoli. Al check i siamo stati accolti benissimo in tutta sicurezza per il covid e siamo stati accompagnati in auto al B&B con le valigie anche se vicino al luogo del check in! Consiglio il B&B a chi vuole soggiornare nel centro di Napoli”

“"Free breakfast with local dishes every day" is the description on Hotels.com, this is not correct, there are no breakfast to have according to the manager=Hotels.com still to this day practice false advertising. Called Hotels, got a refund voucher for 15% of the total cost. The manager at the hotel has clearly not understood the concept of B&B... I would recommend this place to stay only for the location - not for anything else.”

Grand Hotel Vesuvio

"Hotel Vesuvio has a beautiful and convenient location by the waterfront, offering classic charm and lovely sea views. However, while it carries a five-star rating, the overall experience felt closer to a four-star standard — and at times even three. The rooms were comfortable but somewhat dated, and service levels varied depending on the staff on duty. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — good selection, fresh ingredients, and a friendly, attentive breakfast team that made mornings enjoyable. The hotel restaurant also deserves praise: both the food and the service were excellent, with a professional team that clearly takes pride in their work. In contrast, the rest of the staff left a more neutral impression. They were polite and correct, but lacked the warmth and attentiveness you would expect from a top-tier five-star hotel. Overall, Hotel Vesuvio offers a nice stay with a great location, a very good restaurant, and a pleasant breakfast experience — but it doesn’t quite live up to the full five-star expectations."
