“Very small when using the sofa bed to accommodate 4 people. Does not have washing machine as shown in photos or appliance videos. Key pickup is a 15+ minute walk from studio, in opposite direction from metro station we arrived at. Does have air conditioning unit.”

“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team”

“Price could me more reasonable. Contact person was great always replied back. Clean place and great restaurant close by . Just washer no dryer so please keep that on mind.”

“The studio itself is very nice, clean, well equipped, freshly renovated, and spacious for one, even two… you’d forget walking the 6 flights up. But the fact that you need to pick up and return the keys from/to a ship that’s 15min walk away ruined the experience for me. It is simply not practical at all and very constraining. I like the area a bit calm but safe. I’d go back if they change the key pick up.”

“Ants manifestation and we have the vacate the property around midnight waiting for the host resolution, but didn’t get back to us. We still have 3 nights of booking and VRBO trying to connect with them but no luck. VRBO gave us an authority to leave and send us funds to book another hotel and cancelled this reservation. The host refused to gave us refund and stated that the ants was taken by us. Thousands of live ants and some of them have wings. How can I gathered ants with my 6 yrs old alive...
