“Stora behållningen av boendet var den fantastiska Gabriel i receptionen som var trevlig och hjälpsam och snabb. Badrummet som hörde till rummet var inte det bästa.”
“Det är ett fint hotell med många bekvämligheter, hjälpsam och mycket trevlig personal. Frukosten är väldigt god med många saker att välja på. Om det skulle vara något som skulle behöva ändras skulle det nog vara hissarna som var lite för mörka och musiken som var lite jobbig. Annars var det ett toppen-hotell!”
“Overall, a clean and nice play to stay for a few days during our visit to NYC. My only real complaint, if I believe what the staff told me (and I have no reason not to!), is that Expedia oversold the specific room type that I reserved. So, I did not get the room I expected. They "upgraded" us however, our room then came with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. Not a huge problem, but not what I booked and paid for.”
“We had a suite with fold out sofa but they couldnt supply is with a duvet for the sofa bed although we asked several times, just thin blankets almost like towels. Not much value for money for a suite over 800usd/night.”
“This was an awesome place to stay for our two day trip in NJ/NY!! The place was very clean and welcoming and the host was very communicative and friendly. Perfect place for a couple or a few friends passing through or planning a big trip!! Would stay here again!”
