“The check in process was terrible. The gentleman was not friendly at all. I was paying for all 4 of our rooms and he said I could not check anyone in. He had to see my husband and all 3 of my kids. I understand he had to see their license but it was the why he did it. He said I couldn’t do anything he could only deal with my husband and he was very rude about it. “This little motel has the best location in the area. You can walk to all the cute downtown shops and restaurants. You can even walk to a mini golf course. Of course most importantly the soo locks are directly across the street. They offer free breakfast that was pretty decent. If you stay in the one story attached “cabins” you have a parking space right out the front door which is nice. The rooms are big but our bathroom was small. “The property needed some repairs. Shower and bathroom sink both leaked. Room was dated but clean. We would stay there again.”

“The hotel was located downtown Sault Ste Marie which was close to everything we wanted to do as well as shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything. Its an old hotel with some dated wallpaper but it was clean and staff was helpful. We enjoyed it.”
