“We had a great time! This is the exact kind of beach house we like to stay in. It's cozy, comfortable and has a great view (when there's no fog). We love the fact that it doesn't look like every renovated house full of bigbox store decor! Hopefully we'll be back sooner than last time.”

“Absolutely gorgeous view, rooms and bed sizes work well for families. Only thing I would add is that if you are planning to bring a truck to the property (thankfully I brought my suv) it would be very hard to pull into the driveway with the sharp turns going in. Overall…Great place, loved playing ping pong and enjoying the hot tub when the afternoon winds picked up. Good amount of sand castle toys for kids and overall great area for enjoying family dinners and games after a day on the beach. ”

“This little cottage is very cute! It's surrounded by flowering shrubs with an excellent view. Private stairs take you right down to the beach. We enjoyed watching the changing conditions on the bay, and watching all the birds from the deck. The bed is huge and comfy, the shower has excellent pressure. There's a convenience store/deli within walking distance that also has burgers, samosas and ice cream. The price is right for this little gem.”

“The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. “Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are. ”
