We were really disappointed in how old fashioned and dreary the apartment was. Very little was offered in the way of housekeeping. Our bed sheets were not changed in 14 nights, the spare pillows had no pillow cases on and there was no mattress protector on the bed.
The pool was nice, but the best areas were hogged every day by the same people putting towels out at ungodly hours. There was a mix of residents and holidaymakers with barely anyone speaking English so there's not much choice but to keep yourself to yourself.
Ravda itself, I don't think gets many English tourists. We wanted to book a trip but there were none with English speaking guides. Nessebar old town is a 10 minute taxi ride away and is by far the nicest part of the area.
I regret choosing these apartments, mainly because they were so poor for the money paid but also because Ravda is not a great choice unless you sit by a pool, or on the beach all day.
