Lejlighed var i orden, men det var for dårligt, at der som minimum ikke var et eller 2 viskestykker og klude til at tørre køkkenredskaberne af. Der var for lidt service (bestik, glas, tallerkener, krus). Ikke særlig god standard for et 5-stjernet hotel. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig og ens uden variation og udendørs pool var for lille. Man kunne heller ikke få solvogn, hvis man ikke kom tidligt. Mange tjenere på hotellets restaurant fremstod ligeglade og var ikke imødekommende.

I was the only guest on my first night in the whole hotel , they upgraded me to a ine bedroom apartment with a bottle of wine . I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . I am a female who was traveling alone , so staying in a hotel on my own was quite scary , especially as i was put on the sixth , top floor. They offered me room service for the first three days . I was then told i was to eat in the restaurant which was now opened , but was having work done . There wasn't a very big choice , or either was the food hot . When i informed the hotel manager of this she told me it was because there wasnt many guests. I had paid for a five star hotel bed and breakfast. While the accommodation was lovely , the service wasnt . I will definitely be a regular visitor to Bulgaria , but i would never stay at this hotel again.

We try hard to make every experience positive, but sometimes we miss the mark. About the restaurant we told you that will be open for your breakfast on the next day and for your convenience we offered to serve it in the room. As you mentioned, we upgraded you in one-bedroom apartment and because the higher floor is normally preferred you were accommodated there. The point about the number of guests was related with the situation you should choose your breakfast from menu, not from buffet.Please accept our sincerest apologies that we didn’t live up to your expectations. We loved our stay at the Galeon Residence & Spa Hotel. We traveled with our toddler and this hotel has plenty of entertain for children. We used the spa services - hot stone massages, indoor pool, sauna and all were A . The restaurant was delicious, we dined there several times during our stay. An added bonus, there is direct playground access from one seating section. The staff was friendly, and the check-in / check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!

Hotel building is very impressive, Immense pool with inflatables. Playground for kids located between the pool and the restaurant. Perfect to keep the kids busy while you eat or rest. Located between Nesebber Old City and Sunny Beach Center

Das Hotel ist so, wie es auf der Homepage ausgewiesen ist. Es ist sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Lage gelegen und es verfügt über einen Spa-, sowie einem kleinen Fitnessbereich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen...

Bad service at the restaurant
We were  guests  at the hotel 25 till 28 this weekend.  The service from the hotel front desk & staff was grate! But! We were expecting a cirten level of service from the restaurant staff. On the night of the 26th we set down for dinner... 1. No one wellcome us.  2. After 10 min of waiting & waving to the waiters... one come to the table.  3. We asked 2 qustions on the menu- in English -he did not understand English! What kind of 5 star resturant dont have staff that talk english??? The manager of the restaurant cam - his name is martin, he was super rude!  insted of super nice!  becuse we dont mix milk with meat we asked what on the menu can "work"? at one point he told us " we dont serves chicken brest , outside- yes" & directed us uotside of the restorant!!! Needless to say we left! spend our mony on the "next door" hotel , wich welllcom us with a smile!.  Bad bad nad experience.  Not recommendin at all the eat there!

Overal a really nice hotel. The restaurant had always really good food for lunch and dinner and you get 10 per cent discount if you are staying at galeon. The Sauna and wellness area is small but confy. For a short sauna trip its fine. The receiptionist are always really nice and smiling. What i would improve though: They do not have any town map or plans to show you what you can do at sunny beach. Which i think for me is a basic thing to have for a hotel close to the center. Secondly: The Wifi Connection in the rooms was not really good, always we got kicked out of the system with our mobiles. A 5 Star Hotel with the focus for either families and young people must have a good wifi connection, period.

Staff are rude.... food is terrible and overpriced.... swimming pool is in a shaded area...ask reception for loo roll and never bought it up at all !!!! Silly thing to complain about you might think but reality of it you need it .... Bed comfortable great sleep very quiet In evening so not a problem wouldnt stay here again.

I like everything. all services were decent There was a problem with the room as the sofa allocted for 2 children aged 12 and 13 was too small After consultations they changed the room to 1 with a big sofa and added an extra bed which was more than sufficient. But in general for the price paid this apartment is not adequate for 4 people. It is better to take 2 smaller apartments. In any case it is a quite little place

Ei muovituoleja parvekkeella tai altaalla, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja mittava siivooja-armeija jatkuvassa työssä. Ei valittamista. Hyvä paikka lasten kanssa. Altailla uimavahti klo 10-18 jokapäivä. Ihan hyvä sijainti, aika lähellä Nessebaria ja sopivan kaukana melko hirveästä Sunny Beachin keskustasta. Kokeilkaa vastapäistä Memory ravintolaa, oli ehkä matkan paras ruoka.

Welcoming staff, clean, 2 minutes walk to beach
Great location and away frrom the hub of madness in central Sunny Beach. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and lovely local restaurants close by. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk away. 35 minutes walk to the main nightclub area if you want it. The hotel and the staff were faulous. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Only downside was no evening entertainment if you have kids and you need to stay at the hotel in the evening. However, the balcony was spacious so we sat there most evenings and watched a couple of films of which there are plenty of channels.

Very friendly staff at the pool,always there to help people. Met a lot of great humans, just the cleaning ladies were a bit not serious about their job. The hotel itself is an amazing place with beautiful view and a lot of activities around.

Для солнечного берега отель превосходный. На первой линии, до моря 250 метров. Советую, если будите там жить то завтрак не берите, он очень однообразный, да и есть там особо нечего, можно завтрак приготовить и у себя в номере на кухне. Персонал отеля сделает все, что вы попросите! Но номер убирали плохо, если оставишь на чай, то убирают лучше. Мы жили с маленьким ребенком. Детская уличная площадка яркая, красивая, многофункциональная, но грязная и вместо газона лужи и каша! Внутренняя детская площадка стоит 10 лэвэлов)), все игрушки поломаны и там грязно. Жена ходила В Спа на массаж. Осталась недовольна, от камушек, которые прикладывали появились маленькие ожоги! Мы жили в номере A 701. Очень удобный номер, вид на море и на бассейн. Утром солнышко будит и греет до обеда, а вечером в номере прохладно, потому что солнце с другой стороны. В номере все работает, все новенькое, белье чистое, букашек таракашек нет)Есть русские каналы порядка 10. При отле работает ресторан Musoni вроде так, я так и не понял почему его все хвалят, нам там не понравилось. Заказываем стейк из говядины, говорят не заказывайте мясо плохое, начало сентября. Иторг: Отель очень понравился без дополнительных услуг, рекомендуем!

Stayed in Galeon for 3 nights Aug 20-23 2015, and for the first time decided to stay in an Apart complex instead of a hotel. Since this is the prime season, hotels are heavily overprices, so I was looking for cheaper alternatives. Overall i'm extremely pleased with my choice, though the price is still a bit too high for what you're getting.

Удобный отель с хорошими номерами и видом на море. Хороший сервис и климат-контроль. Даже в июльскую жару, когда на улице за 30град, в номерах можно обходиться даже не включая кондиционер. 2 года останавливаемся в Галеон- отеле и надеемся побывать там еще. Желаем персоналу и дальше поддерживать сервис на хорошем уровне.

Perfect voor gezin met kinderen, voor jonge mensen is de afstand naar centrum om te lopen vrij ver, daar en tegen is het zeer koel en rustig. Het ontbijt en het restaurant zijn super en de bediening is daar ook zeer goed.

Добрый день! Отдыхал не я, а дочь с внуком и женой. Они прислали много видео. Им все очень понравилось (им угодить, не просто), проблем не было. В отеле, все очень хорошо и прилично. Пляж и море очень хорошие. К отелю это не относится, но не впечатлил сам город. Погулять не где. То есть, это не Ялта, Сочи, Геледжик или Ницца с Барселоной, где есть большие набережные, для вечерних прогулок. А вечерняя жизнь в Ялте или Ницце, это очень интересно и приятно. Хотя пляж в Ницце на набережной, гораздо хуже(булыжники одни, в воду не войти). Я возможно на следующий год и сам поеду.

Great hotel and amazing service and attention by personnel. Was in apartments and would highly recommend. Trendy, clean and well-furnished. Perfect for getaway or party. Walking distance to the best beaches during daytime and clubs (Cacao, Bedroom) in lower Sunny Beach (close to Nessebar). 24hr market around the corner

Great stay in the quiet part of a crazy place
Being on the southern end of Sunny Beach its a great location for visiting Nessebar and the main section of the city. The rooms (we had 3) were all perfect, the staff was very friendly and extermely helpful with any questions we had as well as speaking very good English. Cant recommend this hotel enough and would happily stay here again

very new and high C/P apartment
very high C/P hotel, it is very new and near the beach,but no beach view. The building is very new and modern, but inside the room is not good as building outside. The level of water always become high in the shower room. water is easy overflow. the furniture is ok. It's new but not luxury and modern.

We have ordered it from Italy and is of very high quality, however, the hotel is new and we are still working on decorating the interior better and trying to make it more cozy. As far as the water in the showers goes, we have encountered this problem already and are discussing ways to lute the shower cabins, so the water does not exit. Excellent hotel for relaxing break
I stayed in the hotel with a friend for a week. We arrived very late (early) from the airport at about 3am but this was no problem for the staff who were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on the edge of Sunny Beach and so it is not too loud at night but is close enough to head into the centre of the area if you want to go out for some drinks and / or partying. Transport links are easily accessible from the hotel and take about 10-15minutes to get to the centre of Sunny Beach. We walked to Nessebar's Old Town in around 40 minutes. It is well worth a visit. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent also and the food is very reasonably priced. We ate there often throughout the week and a particular highlight was all the fresh seafood on offer. The room is cleaned / freshened up each day with fresh towels which was great. I really couldn't fault the hotel or the staff.
