Bekvämt hotell.
Fint stort hotell, fanns det man ville ha. Nära till stranden. Maten var okej, ingen höjdare men fanns alltid något man tyckte om. Fräsch sallad och frukt. Fin lekplats och bra ”vattenland” för barnen inne på hotellet. Poolerna va något kalla. Promenadavstånd till nessebar. Fanns också ett tåg som gick dit för ca 45kr/ vuxen.

Maten helt ok men om man vill att deg ska vara fräscht så kom tidigt då det fort blir kladdigt. Det finns alltid massor med sallader, frukt och grönt och annat gott. Entertainment team var jättebra och fina ungdomar. Ivo jätteduktig i restaurangen

Hotellet ligger bra, nära stranden, har de bekvämligheter man behöver, maten var helt okey. Det som drar ner betyget, är att det strulade med bokningen, vi hade betalat ett rum i förväg, men det såg de inte i systemet. Det ordnade sig till slut. Städningen av rummet, fungerade inte heller. Blev inte städat på 2 dagar. De fyllde inte på toa papper eller tvål.

Ok men inte så mycket mer.
Rent,modernt hotell med alla bekvämligheter.Personal som knappt pratade engelska och dom som kunde var inte spec serviceinriktade.10 min bussresa åt båda hållen för att ta sig till shopping och nöjen.All inklusive konsept men tog ändå betalt för solsängarna på deras egen strand.

Trevligt hotell och personal dock för lite i reception. Bra underhållningspersonal vid pool men dåliga shower. Städning ej bra bytte inte ofta sängkläder. Fin pool med aktiviteter. Frukost bra men likadan 17 dagar. Övriga måltider ok. Wifi var dåligt fick betala 25 euro per enhet på rummet. Rekommenderar utflyktsbutiken och supermarket just utanför hotellet. Jättebra upplevelser parasailing byfest zozopol och katamaran vip

Slitet hotell rekommenderas inte!
Slitet hotell med dålig och otrevlig personal. Hygien och renlighet är en katastrof i hotellet, smutsiga och slitna rum. Man hör när folk spolar och använder toaletten på alla våningar! Samt det läcker vatten från toaletterna. Stranden kostar extra, för få platser runt poolen. Dålig mat rakt av. Wifi som ej knappt går att surfa med osv... rekommenderas ej förstår inte hur den fått bra betyg av andra. Är 2-3 stjärnigt jämfört med andra länder i europa.

Renholdsarbeiderene både i restaurant og rom får toppkarakter. Blide og flinke folk. Mulig resten av de ansatte var slitne nå på slutten av sessongen, for der var det ikke mange smil å få. Drinkene var ikke utvannet slik andre har opplevd her, men de var ikke veldig gode. Maten var etter min mening middels mot dårlig. Godt utvalg men ikke mye av det som smakte godt. Velger nok et annet hotell neste gang.

Bra opphold på et hyggelig sted
Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold over seks dager på hotellet. Fine og romslige rom. Rent og pent. God og variert mat. hotellet hadde litt utfordringer med kaffemaskiner under frokosten. Ofte kø og maskiner som stoppet opp. Synes servicen på en del av de ansatte kunne vært opp et hakk eller to. Vi var der sent på sesongen, så mulig de var lei, men vi som kunder mener at det er lurt å gi et smil og prøve å si noe når man står i baren eller man rydder bord.

Kaunis ja siisti hotelli. Ruoka oli hyvää ja vaihtelevaa ja aina kauniisti aseteltu. Ranta 5min.kävelymatkan päässä. Vanhakaupunki Nessebar vain muutaman kilometrin päässä. Siivous huoneissa joka päivä ja uusista pyyhkeistä tehtiin joka aamu kauniita tai hauskoja hahmoja. Pihalla oma uima-allas ja sisällä pieni kylpylä. Viikon oleskeluun sisältyi myös yksi herkullinen a'la carte annos. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli englanninkielisen elokuvakanavan puuttuminen, kaikki oli dubattu bulgariaksi

Hotel godny polecenia. Miła obsługa w szczególności barmani ze snack bar i lobby bar. Pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie i napoje dobre i urozmaicone, dostępne w dużej ilości. Miejsce przyjazne dzieciom z placem zabaw, klubikiem oraz splash zone. Ciekawe animacje przez cały dzień. Dobre połączenie z lotniska. Autobus nr 10 za 8 lew.

Kiváló ár-értékarányú hotel.
Modern, ízléses berendezésű tágas szoba, remek panoráma, szimpatikus személyzet, nagy ételválaszték, az italok is megfelelőek. Kellemes szálloda. A korszerű,kényelmes, ételt melegen tartó berendezés hatásfoka nem kielégítő. Jellemzően kihűlt állapotú az étel. Ez számomra nem okozott nagy problémát, de érdemes megemlíteni.

All inclusive package is 10/10 about food (really tasty, different kinds, no stomack issues but like 2/10 about drinks.... beer nor wine is drinkable.... really not good.... about "coctails" the same... like if want to go there to mainly get drunk and not be KO the next day this is not the place....but food was super :) The only negative was the cold on the room (I complained 2 times to the reception) once even some "technician came" and told that tge next day the heating will be working... I did not, obviously.... on the breakfast you only listened all the people cauging.... the inner pool was quite cold and open only till 19:00, sauna only for extra fee. Beach was like 10min walk, 40min walk to Old Nessebar, bus stop from burgas like 5min walk.... pretty convenient, would like to come again to this hotel :)

2 günlük iş seyahati için tercih ettim. Konum ve temizlik iyiydi. Ancak herşey dahil olmasına rağmen otopark, havlu vs. extra ücrete tabi. Yemek çeşitliliği vasat. Odalarda mini bar bomboş. Çayı kahveyi geçtim su bile yok. En önemlisi havuz klorlama işlemi profesyonelce yapılmıyor. Sadece konaklamaysa tercih edilebilir ama ailece bir tatil için tercih edebileceğim bir otel değil.

Not for us!
This is an all inclusive resort, sadly what comes with this is a very crowded and noisy hotel. Every drink served in a plastic cup, buffet food that is just about edible but not enjoyable, and lots and lots of kids, with drunk adults. Meal times are a frantic fight for food and drinks that disappears bang on the time it closes and you are the e rushed out of the dinning rooms by staff, none of which leads to any kind of relaxing dining experience! Beach you have to pay more for sun lounges and umbrellas and there is no bar or facilities at the beach which is a bit of a walk from the hotel. Positives - the hotel is kept immaculately clean and that includes the rooms. Sadly this is really not our thing so cannot recommend, however if you are someone who wants to eat and drink as much as you physically can while your kids get more and more sugar highs and scream all day then go for it!

Great value all inclusive - walking distance to both Nessebar & Central Sunny Beach, but also busses & mini tourist trains available for a few Levs. Very happy entertainment team, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Good selection of food at the buffet and outdoor snack bar. The two a la carte restaurants are of good quality and worth a try. Book a Deluxe room in the main building with a sea view, you won’t be disappointed.

Fajny hotel, super położony, blisko do urokliwego miasteczka Nesebar (można spacerkiem dojść plażą i deptakiem). Wspaniały widok z balkonu na basen i morze. Bogate jedzenie. Dobry dojazd z lotniska w Burgas - autobus nr 10 i wysiadać na przystanku Hotel Kotva.

Pokój czysty, wygodny, pachnący. Tak samo korytarz. Jedzenie całkiem w porządku - spory wybór. Niemiły barman w zewnętrznym barze i wszędobylski plastik. Basen i strefa spa na pewno wymagają odświeżenia. Sauna za dodatkową opłatą (rozczarowanie). Poza tym plus za możliwość zameldowania pół godziny przed czasem. Cena adekwatna do jakości.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - bliskość zarówno Słonecznego Brzegu jak i Nessebar. Pokój przestronny i co najważniejsze czysty. Łazienka z kabiną prysznicową za szkłem co też ogromny plus w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w Bułgarii. Widok z tarasu też zachęcający. Za tą cenę super wybór.

Wer sich erholen will ist hier falsch.
Wer’s nötig hat soll hier Urlaub machen, ich war beruflich gezwungen hier zu übernachten und würde es einfach keinen Raten. „ALL INCLUSIVE“ klingt erstmal schön, bringt einem aber nix , wenn das Personal kein Englisch spricht , das Buffett nichts taugt und der „Barkeeper“ mit seinen Plastikbechern nix draufhat.

Mixed feelings
This was a long overdue trip to Bulgaria, where I lived for many years and was sort of visiting my past. This venue looked nice and reasonable when I booked, but wasn’t really worth the money I paid for. They have a lot of structural issues such as the AC not working properly or the toilet leaking. There were a few bright spots: Bobby, the bar tender was exceptional, he was personable, kind and very efficient. He could serve 4-5 people in a jiffy, while being really nice. Bulgaria is known for its hospitality. Which unfortunately wasn’t very evident this time, some people explained that people were frustrated due to Covid etc., which is why people like Bobby stand out. They understand that people are there on a vacation and that they deserve your full attention and friendly attitude. The animation team, the brave young people are to be applauded. They may or may not be that funny, but they bring their best face forward and make people smile and relax, what more can you ask for? And then there is the lady in the outside snack bar (didn’t get her name, unfortunately), who is so attentive and kind. One of those people you just know they care.

delicius food, perfect hotel for familly and kids, really good foods, and really good animation team for adulst and kids, extra service and bobby's lobby bar
